2014 had been the year of the iPhone 6 Plus, Apple Watch and of course Apple Pay. The payment gateway of Apple was born with the aim of overcoming existing and become once and for all a reliable standard. Nothing from the United States, the first country to accept payments for Apple Pay, get good data acceptance by merchants and user feedback that virtually not reported any failures. While it appears that Apple Pay in Europe will be a reality in the first half of 2015, at least in the UK where several banks are negotiating with Apple to accept their payment platform.
Apple in the world goes to two (or more) speed: United States first and the other countries later, although in recent years many countries in Europe and Asia have also been included among the first places to receive new products from the Cupertino company. In this case it is Apple Pay, the payment gateway from Apple like iTunes Radio, in its initial stage has been released only in the United States.
But this seems it will only briefly. From The Telegraph reports that the company would already be in negotiations with British banks to facilitate payment gateway between accounts of its users and ultimately, the Apple device with NFC used to pay.
Obviously this has never been easy since it appears that banks feel how a technology company they are removing their cake. In some major banks of Europe have announced days after submission of Apple Pay to continue investing in their own development. A policy that makes the arrival of Apple Pay in Europe is complicated but as in the United States, a reality.Yes, have to wait a little longer for the payment gateway reaching other countries of the old continent but it appears that 2015 will be the year of Apple Pay in Europe.
